We are asking you to help us help others and allow them to have their voice, by providing your voice and financial contribution as a VOICE PARTNER SPONSOR.

 

VOICE PARTNER SPONSOR

$4,000.00

  • You will be listed as an partner underwriter for all WWOV events in
    2010 (1 year partnership)
  • You will be listed in every VOICE mailing and E-mail blast
  • You will have prominently displayed signage at every 2010 VOICE event including the Golf tournament, Grant Recipient reception, and our other events.
  • You will have a team for 4 at the Scramble for a Cause Golf Tournament
  • You will receive an All Access Pass for 2 to all Voice sponsored events during 2010
  • You will be listed in all VOICE promotional pieces and all listings will include your company logo if applicable
  • You will be listed on the WWOV website for the entire year with your logo, informational information on your company and a link to your website if applicable
  • You will be acknowledged via announcements and presentations to the organization representatives invited to the events and media recognition through press releases before and after the events.

Golf Tournament Packages
Winterstone Golf Course – Saturday, June 12th

GOLF SPONSOR - $2,000
  • Playing spots for 4 golfers
  • Company name and logo on a large sign (provided by you) on the putting green
  • Recognition on promotional signage prominently displayed throughout the tournament and special recognition at the awards reception
  • Listings in all mailings and email blasts related to the golf tournament and will be listed on the WWOV website as a Golf Sponsor
CATERING SPONSOR - $1,000
  • Playing spots for 2 golfers
  • Company name and logo on a large sign (provided by you) at the breakfast and lunch buffet tables
  • Recognition on promotional signage prominently displayed throughout the tournament and special recognition at the awards reception
  • Listings in all mailings and email blasts related to the golf tournament and will be listed on the WWOV website as a Meal Sponsor
BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR - $300 (2 to be sold)
Company name and logo prominently displayed on one of the beverage carts that is provided throughout the tournament.
  • Listings in all mailings and email blasts related to the golf tournament and will be listed on the WWOV website as a Beverage Cart Sponsor
SPECIALTY HOLE SPONSOR - $225 (5 to be sold)
  • Company name and logo prominently displayed on one of the specialty holes. 
  • Listings in all mailings and email blasts related to the golf tournament and will be listed on the WWOV website as a Specialty Hole Sponsor
  • You have the opportunity to showcase your company at your hole by talking to the golfers and/or providing handouts or goodies for them.
HOLE SPONSOR - $125
  • Company name and logo prominently displayed on one of the 18 holes 
  • Listings in all mailings and email blasts related to the golf tournament and will be listed on the WWOV website as a Hole Sponsor
  • You have the opportunity to showcase your company at your hole by talking to the golfers and/or providing handouts or goodies for them.

SILENT AUCTION, RAFFLE OR LIVE AUCTION DONATIONS – Items such as tickets to major sporting events, travel and entertainment packages, sports or autographed memorabilia have significantly contributed to the success of this tournament.  All auction donors will be listed on the WWOV website

GOODIE BAG DONATIONS – Upon registration, each golfer is given a “goodie bag”.  Items in quantities of 200, such as golf balls, pens, towels and tickets for area attractions are needed and will receive appropriate recognition.
